Is there a haveibeenpwned.com for fake comment attributions?

I'm not sure if this is really news, but pretty much anything in politics has phony public support. Obama had large amounts of shill account supporting him on Reddit during the time. It's been the same with every politician since then.

I'm just surprised that this is somehow shocking and/or only used by one person in politics.
