Tlbic Supplement v11.0: Added Question for Readers in Other Languages

What have you done to engage with grassroots organizations then? Just post these documents on HN? I had explained that I found a hidden blockage in the financial system which would enable a basic income for individuals who do engaging and empowering micro-tasks in the speculative financial system while learning to avoid such gambling-adjacent behaviors. I had proposed that we team up to solve the problem and experiment with it by test-driving the funding mechanism. As I had explained to you, I am a problem solver focused on bringing my vision of basic income to the world; I am puzzled that communication between us ceased, it was fortunate that I saw your post though so I am inviting you to re-establish our communication channels.

Any thoughts about a funding mechanism that hackers can utilize to actually build something like this?

TLBIC (Time-Limited Local Basic Income Credit) is a proposed basic income framework built on three core mechanisms: it expires after a few months to prevent hoarding, requires no application process (delivering support automatically before a crisis hits), and is restricted to the local economy for non-speculative use. Its structural aim is to alleviate despair—specifically addressing the systemic factors contributing to the nearly 20,000 lives lost to suicide in Japan each year.

Due to the constraints of free-tier AI tools—where long, multi-part texts often led to context limits or superficial feedback—I have restructured the proposal into three self-contained parts to facilitate clearer discussion:

(1) Main Document

(2) Appendix: “Examining Bottom-Up Governance”

(3) Supplement: “Why I Wrote the TLBIC Policy Proposal”

Update: I have moved “Appendix 5: An Attempt to Share Emotions in Tune with Thought” from French Appendix v11.0 to “Prompt 6: A Question for Those Who Encounter This Proposal in Another Language” in Supplement v11.0. I have also updated the Japanese version of Appendix v11.0 to v10.2 and Supplement v11.0 .

I welcome your feedback and critical perspectives.

As a non-native speaker, I would particularly appreciate any notes if any part of the English text feels awkward or unclear.
