Ask HN: Manager Blueprint

I am building out a SaaS that focuses on helping managers become effective managers faster. It would be a mix of templates if you want to have one of items or a guided management practice to help you level up. If you are interested or know someone that is interested DM me

Curious:

Who are your 3 biggest influences in terms of how to develop effective managers?

What is an effective manager?

What are the top 3 reasons that someone does not become an effective manager?

Main influences are Peter Drucker and Mark Horstman.

An effective manager is one who helps the team to succeed (engaged and happy) and aligns that with meeting organizational objectives

Could be a number of factors here but my take is lack of knowledge and lack of teaching
