If employers don't t want to pay to keep employees healthy they shouldn't tie employees to employer-provided healthcare like indentured servants.

they do want to pay, they simply want to force less and less on their burden and more and more into their pockets.

What they don't want is universal healthcare. It's like a singularity, you get closer and closer but you can't ever reach the bad part.
