But maybe the answer is not `local` but "dispatch workload (to wherever) from your CLI"

This creeped me out a little, simply because about a week before Anthropic started using the name, it’s what Claude suggested for the harness we had built and all of the command line instructions look like “dispatch noun verb”

Maybe that's just language preferences the LLMs proliferate
