Cape cod. In the 1980s the rich people had trouble getting their trash picked up because no one could afford to live within an hour of the wealthiest areas.
Jackson Hole HS alum here. It's been like that since at least the early 2000's. I commuted to school every morning from Alpine WY. I still have part dream part nightmares about it.
