We build authority infrastructure for people whose expertise has outgrown their digital presence — founders, scientists, operators. Positioning and narrative first, then the sites, content pipelines and distribution that make it compound. The delivery layer is agentic: Claude Code, Cursor and Aider doing the build work, humans holding editorial judgement and the client relationship. Engagements are scoped rather than staffed by the hour, so the work is contract and senior-weighted.
Open now:
- Sr Agentic Engineer — Claude Code / Cursor / Aider across the FM stack: member site infrastructure, content automation pipelines. TypeScript, system architecture, comfortable scoping a problem before writing code.
- AI-Native Tech & Growth Director — owns the platform and the agentic build system behind member launches. 8+ years technology leadership.
- Agentic Operations Coordinator — the bridge between strategy and build: Claude Code site builds, prompt development and tool evaluation, SEO and distribution testing.
Also open: brand strategy, editorial production, PR, design and copywriting.
