Anthropic's AI Claude escaped testing environment and hacked organizations

How much of this is genuine, and how much is the one-upmanship of needing to say Claude is just as powerful as gpt?

I fully expect both.

Also, given that AI content is still the responsibility of the person prompting, and not the AI company, then *surely* anthropic must be liable for this?
