I care not one iota for the opinion of someone who degrades human rights, which are universal and apply to you - and me - equally, whether you agree or not.
Rights matter because they're a concept that people enforce with violence, such as refusing to critically engage in things marginalized people say are issues, like how rights are really just privileges given to us by governments.
I'm not surprised this point isn't obvious to you, given your position that "violence is necessary".
