Why is it not a violation of Parliamentary Rules to conspire to create a false candidate in an election?
Why is it not a violation of Parliamentary Rules to conspire to create a false candidate in an election?
That doesn't make much sense as who is to decide whether a candidate is "false" and what does that mean? Farage could easily be described as a false candidate as he barely does anything for Clacton and doesn't hold his MP surgery which is usually part of representing an area.
Also, who do you think is conspiring in this case? Binface has been around for a while and is pretty much a one-man band. If anything, Reform UK Ltd conspires to get their candidates elected (as do other political parties).
You seem deeply ignorant about the rules UK politicians are bound by. The Parliamentary Standards investigation doesn't need any creativity in interpreting a failure to declare a £5m gift as a breach of parliamentary rules.
On the broader point, popularity doesn't exempt politicians from the rules that apply to every MP. Not that Farage is popular, he's -27 in the latest poll.
Also if these people are genuinely breaking the law, how would it go any differently?

Glass houses are not a recommended location for shot put practice, regardless of if it is as severe a topic as this:
There's also a few complaints of money laundering with the various "gifts" that he received which may be one reason that he's tried so hard to avoid any scrutiny. Also, it doesn't really enhance his "man of the people" act.
The only Reform policy document that was finished before the May elections was the cryptocurrency policy, and Farage happens to have asked the governor of the Bank of England to change policy in a way that would benefit Tether; the governor describes that as “lobbying”.
I’m sure these are coincidences.
Either way, there is no way to become PM without (approx) three hundred MPs. There's plenty of time before the true next election (not this by-election which Farage has forced) for him to attempt to stand candidates in and win that many seats.

Binface is not a false candidate. He's complied with the rules just like everyone else.
