Vivek Shah CIPA Claims as Serial Litigant

Serial Litigant Vivek Shah has been sending out not hundreds but thousands of privacy violation demands to business owners all across the USA. Thankfully Captain Compliance has been a solution to block these privacy lawsuits with their consent management and privacy tools. Now California Assembly is looking to amend the law as the Los Angeles, California court systems would be overwhelmed with these cases if they were to move forward with Vivek Shah as the plaintiff.

Is it true there is a contract out on this guy ?

These plantiffs will have to come to my states courts to certify any judgement. Who of those whom live in other states are going to Calif law to dictate their lives ? I will write my state politicians to sponsor a bill to quash this behavior, make these actions null and void in our courts.
