New York Housing Market suffers fatal news after Mamdani freezes rents [video]

> …some have already tried to sell…

GOOD.

Let’s get these homes out of the predatory grasp of the Parasite Class, and into the hands of working class people who desperately want to get off of a rental merry-go-round, which treats them like a captured market to be soaked for every spare penny they have.

> …costs have gone up by 5.3%. So how are they going to make up those costs, exactly?

Ummm… maybe by taking less than a 15-50% profit margin? They have A LOT FURTHER to go before ANY landlord starts losing money.

Remember: landlords do not provide housing. They hoard it and then ransom it back to you for far more than it is worth. They are parasites constraining the supply of homes such that not only has purchasing been driven into wholly unaffordable levels, but then you also have no choice but to pay whatever rental rates they demand.
