If you want to learn, experiment on your own, look up your interests on YouTube, and ask for guidance on the relevant online forums. That's not what universities are for; they exist to show that you can fit into upper-class society. You're already writing opinion pieces complaining that your peers aren't as good as you because they don't reject new technology, so don't worry, you'll fit into upper-class society just fine.

That's strange: 1.1.1.3 is CloudFlare's "no known porn / no known malware" resolver. Why does it filter out archive.is?

I'm usually fine with 1.1.1.3 and I do like that it's filtering out known porn and known malware sites.

archive.is is mostly for porn, it is banned in Islamic countries for ages as a pornsite

IIRC cloudflare doesn't forward which region you're connecting from for privacy reasons, and archive.is seems bizarrely focused on blocking (only) Finland, so to avoid accidentally letting a Finn visit they block everyone using the cloudflare dns.
