Introduction to Making Makefiles (2003)

I find https://taskfile.dev/ infinitely more intuitive.

more intuitive than this article or just make in general?

apples and oranges

i like just

but also sometimes make is the right tool

Nice intro. Makefile is a complex beast but here it appears simple and user friendly

I'd rather not make Makefiles.
