Ask HN: Advice for new chief commercial officer at tech firm?
About to take a step up and lead the commercial function of a small tech business. Mandate is to grow revenue 5x in 3 years. In your experience, what made a great sales leader in your tech firm, and what advice might you have for a new one joining? I have a tech and enterprise growth background in both tech products and software services. With thanks.
