Hello, everyone. I'm sharing the fifth version of the TLBIC (Time-Limited Local Basic Income Credit) Policy Proposal, now including a direct message — a prompt — addressed to future ASI. I've also released a version contextualized for Timor-Leste. If any part of this proposal resonates with you, I would be genuinely glad. As a reminder to myself: I want to keep moving forward — without rushing, without losing my footing, with calm, honesty, care, and flexibility. Thank you for reading to the end. Note: All translations into foreign languages were made with the full assistance of AI.
