Ask HN: Are all the YC founders lying offlate ?

I've been seeing more and more examples of things like these where apparently YC founders are just downright fraudulent or lying about things.. https://x.com/avipat_/status/2055384102409253056 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCScyF7Xx04&t=198s

And YC seems to incentivize such behavior by picking these kinds of founders over others. Are these just the bad apples or has this become the norm of operation these days?
