Hi, I have been working on machine learning and data engineering for about 15 years now. Over the time, I and my co-founders realised that the biggest challenge for data analysis is not just building a sophisticated system that can scale up the operations, but an interface that allows access to the data in a secure and easy manner. We built OrcaSheets to address that challenge, we allow you to connect to your data from anywhere on the planet, bring it to your machine and analyse it without ever using any compute on the cloud.

Our thesis is that the hardware in front of you is super powerful. Using it just for reading emails, or loading a dashboard on a cloud is criminal. We let you leverage your machines better. Load, Analyse, Visualise and Summarise your findings all from your machine.

Also, its absolutely free to use if you want to process your CSVs locally. Let us know if you want to try out our connectors, would love to do a demo with your team and walk them through the features.

Please checkout our website and download the product!

Congratulations on the release but the comparison with Tableau is just plain wrong? Not affiliated with them in any way, just using it on and off for over a decade.

OrcaSheets also has per seat pricing, except the local installer which only processes csvs?

Tableau server can also deployed on prem with all the features and there's definitely good pricing available on larger contracts :)

You seem to have a great product and the space is ripe for alternatives so you can just say it's cheaper and faster

Thanks for the feedback. We are not trying to compete with tableau here. Tableau is more in the BI vertical, we are an OLAP engine, closer to redshift, snowflake, and the like. The main difference is, we move the entire compute component of data warehousing to your local hardware. The idea is to help orgs in optimising their cloud costs with improved data security.

OrcaSheets for organizations is not priced per seat, we charge per million rows of data. We function more like a data warehouse with unlimited seat access.

Would love to talk more about your usecase, and how we can help you. Please mail us at hello@orcasheets.io

Congratulations! nice work, your security page https://orcasheets.ai/security looks weak, real enterprise buyers demand more then this simple page. You can consider publishing a full trust center and sekorti dot com can help you create one in minutes.
