Ask HN: Anybody facing issues with Github's agressive page caching?

I am a bit annoyed by this and I am not the only one: http://goo.gl/AYwOv

I push regularly to a couple of pages I manage and since the cache is set to one day, I need to go cmd+shift+R (reload from server) on the site every time I change something.

Anybody else with the same issue?
