I buy specialty coffee seriously. And every new bag I open, I'm back to square one — guessing grind, guessing temp, wasting the first few brews just to dial in.
Really cool project. One request from an Italian: consider adding espresso and moka pot support. You built this to solve your own problem with pour-over, and filter coffee is a perfectly valid life choice. But over here we also waste a lot of good beans getting grind size, temperature, and coffee dose wrong, and we'd love to be part of this too!
Can you share the link or has it bean and gone, and skipped your mind?
What platform you have built it? The tech stack? Looks classy. :)
