Show HN: CEETEX – A Ceefax/Teletext-style terminal RSS reader
github.com
I’ve always loved the high-density, no-nonsense aesthetic of 80s Teletext (Ceefax), so I built CEETEX: a Python-based RSS reader that brings that experience to the modern terminal. Featuring a retro 3-digit dialing system for navigation, and a focus on distraction-free reading by stripping HTML bloat into clean, readable text.

"CEETEX brings back the 'information-at-your-fingertips' era of broadcast data services like the UK's Ceefax and Australia's Austext. For those in the US, think of it as a interactive, user-controlled version of the classic 80s Weather Channel dashboard. It’s a nostalgic, high-density way to browse the modern web via the terminal."
