There was also Dr. Abuse, a Spanish language chatbot created in 1992. I remember it being quite popular here in Argentina.

I've seen people admit it. I've even seen a commenter say that they were an agent. We can do these cases.

Then nobody would admit it, so the problem persists. Except maybe for fully automated accounts. Those should of course be banned anyways.
