A private company can’t take away my property via imminent domain and civil forfeiture. A private company doesn’t have an army of masked jack booted thugs that can shoot people and have “qualified immunity”, etc.

Only the government has a monopoly on legalized violence. I’ll take my chances on not giving the government more power
