It really depends on your definition of decent :). It's built on on VS, so if you're looking for something extremely lightweight (eg editor++) this isn't it. OTOH, it has many advanced features such as really good intellisense, MPI debugging, inline graphics, integrated IPython, Profiling, etc etc. I'd take a look at the videos on the page & decide for yourself.
