Samsung Galaxy update removes Android recovery menu tools, including sideloading

Is it possible to block Samsung updates by blocking connections to Samsung domains/IPs via blocklists/host filtering/DNS?

One ui 8 completely removed bootloader unlocks anyway. This recovery only allowed the user to flash official samsung images now that's gone as well.
