What Happens to Business When You Close a Street to Cars

Ugh... those are not representative at all, and make horrible examples. NYC has the highest % of public transit commuters in the US. And Montreal has 2nd-best transit system in Canada. I'd like to see the results for some random suburban-sprawl town instead.
