What's interesting to me is that geotagging is seen as dangerous, and yet it's the act of making geotagged photographs available online that's the real issue.
Maybe an enterprising solution is for an Army hacker to create an app that strips out EXIF data from images, and then facilitates uploads to the user's site of choice.
