Ask HN: Anyone else exhausted by too rapid development of news?

I'll be honest, I'm getting tired of tech (AI) news.

Every other day a new model. Or a new vibe coded project. Or some other AI sensation making the rounds.

Sometimes I think: Has any of this benefitted me truly?

Add to that all of the geopolitical events going on atm.

It's just too many things being flung at you daily.

Warren Buffet famously said "ignore the noise. take one good idea and run with it."

Easily said. Very hard to follow in practice.

Biggest two sources for this for me are HN and in a worse manner X.

Should I quit? But then again, ignore it for just two days and you already considered the one "living under a rock" ...
