2021 - 2025 70k rapes per year England & Wales is the new normal
We all know why but it is verboten. Just watch my downvotes.
People just don't want to say the actual answer. "Everyone's the same, they are just like you, they just want a better life". Well they got one - a target rich environment of trusting people.
- survey-based estimates of sexual assault prevalence have remained about the same
- police-recorded sexual offenses have gone up a lot. Partially this is attributed to stricter laws, but the inflection point coincides with Operation Yewtree investigating sexual assault allegiations that had previously been dismissed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Yewtree
So if you get raped twice in a year it only counts as one victim.
Because that's how Blair got the crime counts down the first time around.
