Show HN: Hunter Logo API free replacement of Clearbit

hunter.io

We built a free logo API for developers and products that need company logos on the fly.

Features

GET https://logos.hunter.io/{domain} → returns logo image

No auth, no API key

Works anywhere you can reference a URL

Why now? The legacy Clearbit Logo API stoped working last year, so we made a drop-in alternative developers can use without signup.

Curious about the following

- are you just using favicons? - how often are you refreshing the logos? - what if no logo is found? - What is your universe set size? (I tried my own business brand.dev and said no logo)

Disclaimer: I run a similar feature on a separate product (https://docs.brand.dev/logolink)
