Are donuts more environmentally-friendly?

Wouldn't want to live next door.

This reminds me of the opposite, which is how the cost of hydrogen for home heating is surprisingly high enough that there are several consumer goods that yield more Joules of heating value per dollar.

I once worked out that burning the IKEA LACK coffee table was better value for money than hydrogen.

Now I can add donuts to the list.

A summary of a summary for those who are not on twitter: "14°C→22°C. Burned for 5 hours. Donuts have almost the same energy value as wood pellets - but at €0.0024 per donut, they're insanely cheaper."

Anyway, I expect old donuts to be sell to be used as part of food for animals, grinded and mixed with other stuff. Butcheries here sell meat/bones remains for something like that.
