Cahiers du Cinéma, still the best writing on cinema: you have to be able to read French of course. I get the paper edition (there are a few places in London) but electronic versions are available: https://www.cahiersducinema.com/
Also, I was looking into London Review of Books. I like The Economist, but find it can be a bit lacking on culture. Any experiences with LRB?
Economist, MIT Technology Review, The New Yorker, and Architectural Digest.
Funny how short the list is going to be. We subscribe to The Economist, I thought about adding The New Yorker but my wife vetoed it.
time is all in print. too many paywalls online. I really only get links from archive and hn gift links anymore. so much news I dont even click on because I know its just a paywall. I feel like people dont read a whole lot of news anymore because of them
