Russia used Starlink in drones; SpaceX's cutoff collapsed command system

> Later, Ukraine’s Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced that a “white list” of Starlink terminals would be created in Ukraine. Only authorized devices under Ukrainian control will be allowed to operate on the country’s territory.

I wonder how "under Ukrainian control" will be determined. Geolocation?

User verification.

Arestovych claims that it also collapsed usage by Ukrainian brigades because 80% of the Starlinks at the frontline in use are provided by volunteers and so not registered with government.

Ukraine needs a way to whitelist them whilst allowing volunteers to deliver directly to the front.

SpaceX waited until the Epstein Files to figure this out?

Oh? How did those files tell them?
