Presumably Boris Nikolic who was named as one of the executors of Epstien's will, and publicly expressed surprise at that. He was a Gates foundation science advisor and is widely credited as being the go between for Gates and Epstien.

Notably Gates also had Dr Melanie Walker, a second long term confidant of Epstien working as a science advisor.
