Why Protogen is DifferentMost AI today is a "Black Box"—you put text in, and you get text out, but you don't know why. Protogen is a White-Box system:•Metabolic Heartbeat: The system has an internal "pulse." It processes, cleans, and organizes its own thoughts in the background, even when you aren't interacting with it.•Entropy Gating: It uses Shannon Entropy to protect its "sanity." If you feed it nonsense, it detects the chaos and refuses to let it corrupt its internal logic.Symbolic Evolution: It watches how concepts relate. When a relationship becomes strong enough, it "lifts" that concept into a Symbol, creating a permanent foundation for future reasoning.•Recursive Learning: It doesn't just learn facts; it learns rules. It then looks for patterns within those rules to build increasingly complex understanding.
