I can't believe how people who already have everything go to such length to get just a tiny bit more... It either is a mental disease or they're all scared of what happens if they stop gargling the balls

> Cook has been working to maintain a close relationship with Trump, and he visited the White House several times in 2025, in addition to meeting with Trump in Japan and at Davos. Apple also donated an unspecified amount toward Trump's ballroom project, and Cook presented Trump with a glass plaque that included a 24-karat gold base. Prior to when Trump took office, Cook personally donated $1 million to Trump's inauguration.

Sounds like involuntary ball gargling to me.

I really like the battery life of my MBP, but not so much that I'd support a facist.

I guess it's linux from here on out.

Tim Apple can kiss my ass.

Me too. I’ve been an Apple fan for 3 decades, and the Mac has always been my daily driver.

Up until this past November when I installed Asahi and haven’t looked back. It’s been tough work switching, but the writing’s been on the wall for a while now, so best get started.

Waste of time. It's just a poor remake of "Pretty Woman".

This time with more prostitution!

I went to Wikipedia to better understand fascism.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fascism

>Corporatist economic system

The fascist regime created a corporatist economic system in 1925 with creation of the Palazzo Vidoni Pact, in which the Italian employers' association Confindustria and fascist trade unions agreed to recognize each other as the sole representatives of Italy's employers and employees, excluding non-fascist trade unions.[183] The Fascist regime first created a Ministry of Corporations that organized the Italian economy into 22 sectoral corporations, banned workers' strikes and lock-outs and in 1927 created the Charter of Labour, which established workers' rights and duties and created labour tribunals to arbitrate employer-employee disputes.[183] In practice, the sectoral corporations exercised little independence and were largely controlled by the regime, and the employee organizations were rarely led by employees themselves, but instead by appointed Fascist party members.[183]

Friendly reminder that Goebbels made a Titanic movie and Rattner very nearly killed the xmen franchise

IBM built machines to help organize the Holocaust.

Apple's locked down ecosystem is enabling the rollout of Digital ID which will eventually be required for Internet access and age verification law. This is why Google is locking down their ecosystem now too.

Pathetic collaborator.

So disappointing.
