Does anyone has an ELI35 version? I usually ask for an ELI25, but this looks too technical.

Does this theory give the usual SM with Higgs at low energies?

The mass ratio of Z/W is related to the interaction of neutrinos and L-electrons. (Or something like that, I fotgot the details.) Does this throry also explain that?
