Gitmore – Chat with an AI that knows your Git history

Hey HN, I built Gitmore because I wanted to ask simple questions about my repositories without digging through commit logs. "Who worked on the auth module last month?" "What PRs are stuck in review?" "Summarize what shipped in v2.3"

The AI agent connects to your GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket repos via webhooks and indexes your commit and PR activity. Then you can query it in natural language.

Other features:

Scheduled summaries to Slack or email Developer leaderboard with contribution scores Kanban board linked to PRs

Technical details:

Next.js 15 + MongoDB Anthropic Claude for the AI layer Webhook-based ingestion (no polling) Only reads metadata, never source code

Pricing:

Free for 1 repo, $15/mo for 5 repos with AI features https://gitmore.io Curious what HN thinks. Is querying your Git history via natural language useful, or overkill? What would you want to ask your repos?
