Show HN: Turn raw GitHub commits into customer-friendly changelogs (free)

Writing changelogs is tedious and usually skipped.

I built changelogai.to: connect your GitHub account, select a repo, and AI generates customer-friendly changelogs directly from your commit history.

No manual rewriting, no subscriptions — it’s 100% free.

The goal is to turn “developer commits” into updates that non-technical users actually understand.

Would love feedback from indie hackers.
