I read it. it reads politically motivated. man this country is cooked beyond cooking.

The original detention was politically motivated, and completely violated all semblance of due process. I can forgive the court for dipping their toes into the political pool this once to remedy and send a message to the executive that this will not continue to fly.

He cannot legally be deported without a deportation order, which they didn't have. And he had a withholding of removal order, which specifically made it illegal to deport him to El Salvador, which they did anyway.
