Finally; a genuinely good GUI for NetworkManager on Wayland

`nmrs` is a Wayland compatible GUI for NetworkManager. No, it doesn't just pathetically wrap `nmcli` (sorry nmgui).

It actually subscribes to the d-bus interface.

I just released v0.2.0-beta and I'm continuing on a major refactor. Open to all critiques, PR's, bug reports, etc.
