Please only post if you are looking to hire a freelancer or work as one. Small (2-5 person) agencies are fine, but recruiters, job boards, and so on, are off topic here.
For my part, I've found the SEEKING WORK posts extremely useful both for hiring and for people approaching me to do projects.
"Who wants to be hired" puts a totally different complexion on the situation.
I do sometimes crosspost to seeking work/who's hiring, and sometimes not, depending on needs and market. They're for different things.

I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute to the success of a team while continuing to learn and expand my skills. Full Stack Developer & AI Engineer with 15+ YoE. Laravel/Vue.js specialist who also builds with React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), and Node.js.
I develop SaaS applications, integrate AI (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google APIs, agent orchestration), and rescue struggling projects. Background as a founder (SaaS, ecommerce, high-traffic blogs) means I understand business, not just code.
Available for long-term contracts (20+ hours/week), project-based work, fractional CTO roles, and technical consulting.
Core Stack: Laravel, Vue.js, PHP, Inertia.js, Tailwind | Also: React, Next.js, Python, Node.js, TypeScript | DevOps

I help Series A-C startups navigate technical chaos and scaling challenges. After 7 years consulting both directly and through agencies (and decades of engineering work), I specialize in organizations experiencing transitions - post-funding growth, leadership changes, or strategic pivots.
I can sling code--and I can help your org by:
- Transforming chaotic delivery through listening-first process design (I discover what YOUR team needs, whether that's Shape Up, incentive realignment, or custom approaches)
- Identifying and fix incentive misalignments that sabotage delivery (saved one client $300k+ in unnecessary architecture changes)
- Guiding secure AI tool adoption without blowing up your business
- Bridging technical excellence with organizational transformation
My average engagement is ~6 months across 15+ clients.
Recent wins:
- Delivered project ahead of schedule during company layoffs using Shape Up
- Established cross-team coordination that unblocked a multiyear replatforming effort
- Prevented costly microservices migration by identifying vendor's misaligned incentives
Technical foundation: Ruby/Rails, Elixir/Phoenix, comprehensive DevOps (AWS/Terraform/Docker), AI security expertise. But I'm hired for my ability to see why your technical initiatives keep failing and fix the root causes.
I thrive in chaos. If your organization is at an inflection point and needs someone who can deliver immediate technical value while building lasting capabilities, let's talk.

I help startups with the UX/UI and web design of their products. This includes web apps, websites, landing pages, copywriting, and I can assist with frontend development where needed. My background of launching my own products and being a full stack developer helps me create practical designs that balance usability, aesthetics, development effort, and performance. I work to fixed price quotes for self-contained projects.

The best live example of my work is Checkbot (https://checkbot.io/), a browser extension that tests websites for SEO/speed/security problems. The entire project is my own work including coding the extension itself, UX/UI design, website design (the homepage is optimised to load in 0.7 seconds, 0.3MB data transferred), marketing, website copy, and website articles on web best practices.

I am a seasoned (>15 years experience) full-stack staff-level software engineer specializing in the backend, systems architecture, AI, platform engineering, internal tools, prototyping, and data engineering. In addition to strong programming and architectural skills, I'm a force multiplier for any team in either role through the three T's -- teaching, talking, and tooling. I also hold a US patent in the AI space.
In the past, I've taught a number of scientists and students to code in python; I've led and managed a number of high-impact engineering teams of up to 12; and pioneered a number of no- and low-code solutions for stream processing, data model and query generation, form building, workflow systems, and front-end construction for a variety of industries, including those with strong regulatory requirements and complex business rules such as healthcare and fintech. >10% of all medicare applications and millions of individuals currently flow through pioneering no-code systems I conceived and built and have ran in production for over a decade.
More recently, I've built a no-code automated form-filler; a no-code web scraper (and an AI for generating such scrapers from a spec and 1-3 example urls from a page); and a workflow engine for coordinating LLMs and other generative AI processes, and on top of this a platform for both minimizing hallucinations and working with documents that are far too large for existing context window inputs or outputs using a novel, patented process that I invented; and applied these tools to various contracted projects requiring analysis and and cross-checking of information and other forms of integrity across textual and video/audio corpus data in a variety of domains (fiction and non-fiction).
I am also an improvisational pianist, published poet, and I've created novel algorithms and tools for studying and composing both music and poetry, which I have given a talk on at a recent functional programming conference.
I have extensive experience working for and running startups, software consulting shops, with some mid-sized company engineering experience as well; these give me a unique insight into speaking with customers and internal stake-holders, translating between engineering and other departments, gathering requirements, aligning stake-holders across departments on a vision and attainable timeline, and architecting/building/taking ownership over significant internal and customer-facing areas of responsibility.
If any of the above seems like a match for you and your organization or project, don't hesitate to reach out. I am available for both short- and long-term contracts.
