Soon-to-be-axed 7am Manchester-London train will run – but without passengers

So that they have the flexibility to run it as a staff service with substantial delay by slotting it in later gaps in the schedule.

No passenger would accept 30 mins delays every day.

It’s so funny that they see the necessity for the train to transport people to work - just only one type of person…
