Nice work - it would be helpful, I think, if you could explain how these designs with with software that scans resumes for keywords, etc.
They'll still pick up the keywords since it's in .doc format. One trick for the scanning software is to hide keywords your resume in size 1 white font. :)
It would be interesting to partner with Striking.ly to offer one-page resume hosting sites.
