How? Do I need to configure something in uBlock Origin? If I go to, e.g., Reddit I still see the annoying "Open app" button.

Should be in one of the "annoyances" subscriptions.

My guess would be one of those two:

* AdGuard – Mobile App Banners under AdGuard

* EasyList – Notifications under EasyList
