Coinbase explains donation to Trump's ballroom

> Coinbase donated to President Trump's $300 million White House ballroom project as an appeal to the administration, Emilie Choi, the cryptocurrency exchange's president and COO, said at Axios' BFD event on Tuesday.

At least they're being honest about engaging in bribery and further enabling the corruption of the government.

Appeal to the administration does seem to mean "outright bribe".

Since crypto is for criming, it's not surprising Coinbase "donated". It is surprising that Axios reported so bluntly
