A person's blog has a .gov domain

I thought this was from some county who don't use gov.ccTLD as their government domains.

But, no, The Maldives do - https://one.gov.mv/

TLD > vs > Domain

Another oddity: the main page has a fake Chrome error page: https://lhohi.gov.mv/
