11 technical interview rounds, plus a large take-home, and the company ends up stealing his work? Everything about this smells like the guy got scammed (assuming it's real).
Seriously, it's hard to think of a position that would be worth going through all of that even if it were legitimate.
Obviously it's fake, either a joke or misleading.
The only thing that's truly suspect is that the candidate was told their code was accepted into the codebase. I can't imagine this is terribly uncommon otherwise: it's more likely that it happens without the disclosure.

This is 100% fake. Why would they describe the whole interview process before rejecting them? Makes no sense.
