How to benchmark performance difference between Windows 11 Home and LTSC

- I want to test if Windows 11 LTSC operates "smoother" than vanilla Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro as it seems to lack almost all the bloatware applications that come bundled with Windows these days

- How do I measure or benchmark a performance difference between these OSes if it exists

- If this was an HTTP request for example, I could use something like Apache Bench that sends millions of requests and gives me an average number of requests handled per second

- What is the equivalent tool for benchmarking operating systems performance?

- To clarify I am trying to run 2000-2010s games on them as my end goal
