Kilo Code is building the fastest-evolving open-source AI coding agent to make programming accessible to developers everywhere. Already ranked #1 on OpenRouter, with 500K+ downloads and 4.9 trillion tokens used per month, we combine the best features of existing AI coding tools with our own innovations, all guided by community feedback, to create a flexible, powerful, and user-first platform.
We’re looking for engineers and product managers who thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You’ll work across our full stack (Typescript + Postgres), ship meaningful features quickly, and engage directly with our global user community. Collaboration, creativity, and the ability to move from idea to production at “Kilo Speed” are key.
